Our Solution
We deployed a self-learning agent on Hermes and connected it to the apps the team already uses, with the same memory everywhere. Clients, preferences and past work are kept in a searchable memory, so a request like 'draft the renewal proposal for Northwind, same as last time' starts with full context. After each task the agent writes down what worked as a reusable skill and improves it next time, with every skill reviewed by Octolade. Scheduled jobs handle recurring work, and the agent is hosted on a private server, Docker or cloud sandbox, open source underneath, so the client is never locked in.
Key Results
A marketing agency now gets on-brand drafts without re-briefing, because the agent remembers each client's voice, approvals, banned words and past campaigns.
