Our Solution
We set up Grok Bot teammates that each have their own cloud computer with a browser, files and a terminal, so they keep working after the user logs off. Files, tool logins and learned preferences, like 'send drafts for approval first', carry over between tasks. We designed a small team with clear roles: a research teammate that finds accounts, a data teammate that cleans and enriches them, and an outreach teammate that drafts sequences, handing work to each other in group chats. Recurring routines run on their own, with a person approving anything sensitive and every step recorded in an activity log.
