Our Solution
We designed always-on agents around clear business goals instead of prompts and connected them to the tools where updates actually live. Background research and drafting are allowed automatically, while sensitive actions such as messaging a client or changing CRM records always ask a person first, and agents are enabled and controlled by workspace admins. Each agent was built for a specific job: keeping a shared project page current from Slack, Teams and the project board; compiling the pipeline summary every Friday and posting it in Teams; and watching usage and support tickets to flag at-risk accounts in Slack.
